Why are your web design prices so cheap?
Firstly let us say that unlike other so called UK design companies, the cost of our website design packages are not low because we outsource our design work to the budget designers based outside the UK. All our designers are UK based, full time employees who are all UK nationals and have many years of design experience.
Perhaps the best way to say why are our prices are so affordable, is to say that we are a totally design oriented company, so that the vast majority of the money you pay goes towards the actual design work and not to pay for fancy city centre offices, stuck up receptionists or loads of admin staff.
From start to finish of your design project, you will be dealing with professional designers, and only professional designers. This means that when you ask a question, it does not have to be passed around the office to get an answer, the designer in charge of your project will know the answer and be able to give a full answer quickly and efficiently.
What do I do if I have any questions to ask before placing an order?

When you design a website, do you use templates?
No, when we design a website set we always start with the blank canvas and the artwork designed comes from the minds of our designers and not a library.
How long does it take you to design a website?
From receiving your order, for a website of 5 or fewer pages, it would normally take between 2 and 3 weeks to design, build and make live the website. For larger scale sites, this timescale would normally extend to 3 to 4 weeks in total.
What information do you require before commencing a website design project?
Before we start a web design project, we would require the following...
- A copy of your existing company logo (if applicable). If you do not have a logo but would like one for your Company, our sister site www.mrsdesign.co.uk offers logo design from only £40 including VAT.
- A list of the page titles for your website.
- Draft text for your site (ideally in a Word document or text file).
- Any photos you would like including in your website.
- A list of any other websites you like the look and feel of (so we can gauge what kind of design you are looking for)?
What is a Domain Name?
A domain name is simply a unique website address such as www.yourwebsite.co.uk or www.yourwebsite.com.
Can I have any Domain Name?
You can have any domain name you wish, as long as it is currently available. Please keep in mind that visitors to your website are likely to have to type your domain into their browser, so a short and memorable domain name is much better than a longwinded name.
Who owns your Domain Name?
We register all client domain's in the client's own name or in the name of their business. As such, you will always own your own domain name.
What is hosting?
Hosting is simply the name given to storing your website on a computer accessible to anyone via their web browser. All our client websites are hosted in the UK via 1&1 who are one of the largest web hosting companies in the World.
Is your hosting reliable?
Out hosting provider offers a 99.9% uptime guarantee, and provide real time backups of your website.
Is there a limit to the number of photos I can include on each page of my site?
Within the initial site design a build, as it does take a considerable amount of time to optimise and include images without a website design. We ask that each page of your site be limited to a maximum 10 images each.
If for any reason you do require a very large number of images on each page, then this is not a problem but we may have to make a small additional charge for their optimisation, formatting and inclusion on your website.
Please note, after the site is live, it is possible for you to add any number of images within the content of your site using the online editor.
